In all cases ``Samson's Secret - Stylo Canarias´´ is committed to using hypoallergenic, legal, and human-tested products. In case of allergies or serious skin problems due to the use of products, you should contact the brand's manufacturer directly.
Hair prostheses are manufactured items of a non-durable and wear nature, the average duration times that have been provided to you are average times based on the experience of other clients over time and that have been compiled in our database, in no case are certain duration times guaranteed since it depends entirely on the use, the moisturizing products outside of this company (such as shampoos, moisturizers...) used on the piece, the changes in the ingredients of these products outside of this company and the lifestyle of each user.
Parts that have been manipulated to adapt to the customer lose their warranty in all factories internationally, however, ``Samson's Secret - Stylo Canarias´´ We will request a new part free of charge within 14 days of fitting if it is defective, provided the problem is not due to negligence on the part's part's part. Each customer is responsible for treating their part appropriately.
By making this reservation you also understand that ``Samson's Secret - Stylo Canarias´´ is committed to offering you the best possible result within the limitations inherent to any hair prosthesis. Under no circumstances can you expect a result equal to natural human hair emerging from the epidermis.
SPECIAL ATTENTION: During the first 7 to 14 days of use, adhesion issues may arise while the client becomes accustomed to the system and determines which type of adhesive is best for their lifestyle. All of our prostheses are made with human hair, that is, lifeless human hair that, for obvious reasons, is not contained within a follicle in a human body. Therefore, in some cases, its color may lighten due to use, water quality, and the ingredients in certain soaps. It is the client's responsibility to maintain the color of their piece by using dyes when necessary. By making this purchase, you or the person for whom you are making this purchase declare that you are aware of the situations described above and are responsible for following the instructions to properly maintain the attachment of your piece.
